About Us

Tucson Trials Apartments was built in 1991. The design and construction are state of the art with fire resistant walls/doors. It also has a well lit parking lot and intercom entry outside doors. It is now one of the premier places to live on the West Side and in a great neighborhood!

Julie has a BBA in Human Resources. Prior to Thomas Haas Investments she worked at various manufacturing companies for over five years. She says that while work here can be much more stressful it is very rewarding and never has a dull moment! She also has lived here just over 4 years.

Josh has been with Thomas Haas Investments for over 6 years.
In addition to Tucson Trails, Josh also runs 2 other properties in
Edgerton and Janesville, WI. Josh loves property management
because he feels he can see the positive impact he makes in his
resident’s lives. He enjoys the variety of tasks and responsibilities
that come with the position and enjoys interacting with his tenants. He will work hard to make sure your apartment is run smoothly and will work to correct any issues if they arise.

Ruben has worked for Tucson Trails for several years prior to Thomas Haas Investments purchase of it and has seen both the good and the bad. He says that working here now is much better because there are so many great residents! It is much different than prior! He has also lived here for over 6 years with his wife and three children.

Concepcion has lived and worked here for just over three years along with her husband and three children. She meticulously cleans all the hallways, common areas, and newly rented apartments. She has got to be one of the hardest workers you could ever meet!
